The fact that the skills shortage especially in craft professions is getting more intense every year is a worrying, but ubiquitous phenomenon.
There are many reasons why people of younger generations seem to prefer new professional fields, talking about digitalization, globalization and the general increasing mass of choice.
Because of this i found it to be really interesting hearing from a young man what drives him to choose this dying out profession.
